About Me

I don’t believe every business problem needs a giant consulting firm or a complicated solution. Most businesses simply need someone who can listen, understand the situation, and help organize the right path forward.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

My parents owned their own bakery for over 20 years, during that time I saw the struggles and successes of building their business, which instilled in me the drive to succeed no matter how hard life gets. Even when I landing corporate positions, with a narrow set of responsibilities, I found myself wanting to learn about how the business ran, and how I could help to improve it. I never felt happy with climbing the ladder, I wanted more.

With support and encouragement from family and friends, since 2018 I’ve been able to take everything I’ve learned and share it with others. I’m passionate about learning my client’s business and what makes them successful, I then find ways that I can help them. Maybe it starts with a website, but that grows to managing all their client data or figuring out how to automate something they’ve been using pen and paper on for years. I dig in and find a way to help them - doing the work so they can focus on running their business.

Working with me

I prefer building long-term relationships with clients instead of treating projects as one-time transactions. My goal is to become someone you can rely on when your business needs support, ideas, or help solving problems.

Once we’ve connected, I will meet with you to review the programs you would like help with. We can then discuss the overall goals and timing which will form the scope of work. I will then provide you with a quote for the scope and if everything looks good, and you agree, then we start having fun.

I’m available for short term and long term programs, however I am not available for full-time positions.

While I am located near San Diego, California, most of my work is done virtually. I’m happy to travel to you for key meetings and events. Here are some areas near me:

  • San Diego County

  • Southern California

  • North County San Diego

  • Carlsbad

  • Oceanside

  • Fallbrook

  • Temecula

“What kinds of businesses do you work with?”

I primarily work with small and medium-sized businesses that need practical support with websites, operations, marketing, customer organization, or program management. Many of my clients are growing businesses that need help getting systems and processes aligned.

Then list examples:

- family businesses,

- local service companies,

- growing businesses,

- companies without large internal teams,

- businesses overwhelmed by disconnected systems.

“Do you offer ongoing support after a project is complete?”

Yes. I prefer building long-term relationships with clients and continuing to support them as their business evolves and new challenges come up.

“Can you help connect marketing, operations, and customer data together?”

Definitely. Many businesses struggle because these areas operate separately. I help connect systems, processes, and teams so information flows more smoothly across the business.
