What types of businesses do you work with?

1

I mostly work with small to medium-sized businesses that need help getting organized, improving processes, updating technology, or moving projects forward. A lot of my clients are growing businesses that have outgrown the systems they started with and just need someone to help connect the dots.

Do you only build websites?

2

No. Websites are usually just one piece of the puzzle. I also help businesses with operations, customer management, workflows, marketing strategy, process improvements, and program management. My goal is to help your business run smoother overall, not just launch a website and disappear.

Can you work with our existing website instead of building a new one?

3

Absolutely. A lot of businesses already have a website that just needs some attention. Sometimes a few updates to the design, messaging, organization, or functionality can make a huge difference without starting from scratch.

What if I know something isn’t working, but I’m not sure what the actual problem is?

Do you offer ongoing support after a project is complete?

Honestly, that’s very common. Most business owners are busy running their business every day and don’t always have time to step back and look at the bigger picture. I help identify bottlenecks, communication gaps, process issues, and areas where systems may not be supporting your growth anymore.

Yes. One of the biggest challenges growing businesses face is keeping teams organized without overcomplicating things. I help create practical workflows and processes that improve communication, accountability, and day-to-day operations while still keeping flexibility for your team.

What’s it like working with you?

What’s the difference between project management and program management?

We’re already using software or systems that aren’t working well. Can you help with that?

Can you help with marketing strategy too?

Project management focuses on getting one specific project completed. Program management is more about organizing multiple projects, teams, timelines, and priorities so everything works together toward a larger business goal. I help businesses create structure without making things feel overly corporate.

Definitely. A lot of businesses invest in tools, CRMs, or platforms that never get fully implemented because everyone gets busy. I can help clean things up, improve the setup, simplify workflows, and make better use of the systems you already have before recommending something new.

Yes. I prefer building long-term relationships with my clients instead of treating everything like a one-time project. Businesses change over time, and I like being someone clients can call when new challenges, ideas, or opportunities come up.

Yes. I know marketing can feel overwhelming when it’s not what you do every day. I help businesses organize their marketing efforts, identify opportunities, and create realistic strategies that fit their goals, budget, and team size without overcomplicating things.

I try to keep things practical, collaborative, and straightforward. My goal isn’t to bury you in complicated plans or corporate buzzwords. I like understanding how your business actually operates, finding areas that can improve, and helping create solutions that make life easier for you and your team.
